Beverly, actually it does make sense (I've had this conversation with others before and it starts of cryptically but does get clear)I fully support you in having an upper limit that is limitless. Go Go Go!!!

OK, so fresh to me is that my goals will now be set as a "minimum" – for example, I will gross a minimum of xx dollars for this particular product/service. And I expect to always go over the minimum, because that is what I have observed in the past. I don't want to lock myself in to setting a financial goal within a range, because there would be an upper limit, and I don't want an upper limit. I want the upper limit to be limitless.Also with my clients, because I design and execute strategies, I will set and think of goals for my clients in terms of this open ended upper limit, meaning, the products and services themselves have an unlimited potential to go beyond what we initially stated was the minimum goal to achieve.Does that make sense?

You've definitely started a trend – I'm taking the opportunity of a different timetable over the summer holidays to look at organising some new systems in my business so I'll hopefully be able to spend more of the Autumn helping my clients rather than doing the admin!
