Anyhue, this was a great piece, Nancy, about someone making the most of the moment--and reminder that our days are filled with moments that we can seize, too.   Bob is also right on in that J-Lin put in years of preparation to be an "overnight sensation." A good reminder to get ready for when you're called off -- whether it's off bench, on a book cover or to the spotlight of your choosing! Bob and Nancy, you two are hilarious.

I will tell you about Whitney later, very sad. But anyhue, you are so right about "overnight success". Practice and hustle will always win the game. By the way, the team I grew up with as a kid, The Golden State Warriors, traded Lin last summer to the Knicks! Oh the humanity. I'm sure they're kicking themselves.But maybe he needed that pressure cooker of sitting on the bench and having a so-so start to creating the explosion he has started.
