Good tips. I&#039;ve always thought that when you&#039;re about to start doing something that it&#039;s gonna be hard and painful it&#039;s enough to take the first step and the rest will come. Of course that is necessary to know what steps needs to be done in order to do it properly. 

I don&#039;t know how always, no matter what you need to do, it all comes to patience, involvement, determination.
