I use hashtags on both, and I must admit on my "crazy" "boisterous" "sometimes rude" personality, I hijack hashtags all the time to get in front of those whose opinions I am criticizing. From my own behavior, I have recognized the potential for failure in a business setting. Thanks for the great post. Excellent point.
