		<description>Nancy ...

Just this afternoon, I started to write an article about online overwhelm and overload. I&#039;m starting to feel the effects ... bigtime! Something&#039;s got to give. I&#039;ve got too many irons in the fire and, to my knowledge, they haven&#039;t added a 25th hour to the clock!

Thanks for putting this issue into perspective and for sharing ways and means of organizing ourselves more effectively and efficiently. No one needs to be having a nightmare over network marketing!

You&#039;re my hero,

		<description>Hi, Nancy,

Thanks for this information. You truly have your finger in the pulse of your people, mujer! I&#039;ve been experiencing frustration going towards fatigue, and I just have 3 social media, haven&#039;t even gotten to Twitter, etc. I had to step back, meditate and look at it with detachment. Then I asked for guidance. You are it. Thank you for being an instrument of Divine intervention. God bless you.

During my meditation, I visited a lot of emotional places where there are deep wounds in all of us, especially women, who are so relationship oriented. I want to share this with your visitors, just in case it helps.

Social networking can be frustrating or addictive for deep emotional reasons harbored in our unconscious. I call this the Emotional Undertow. This is what I discovered in my healing journey in relation to social media:

1. If you have fear about money, getting clients, meeting the budget, recession, visibility and other related areas, you are going to act out in the social media arena by being overly aggressive, or you are going to give up in frustration. Social media is networking and it responds to the Female Face of prosperity: building relationships. Aggressive Marketing is the Male Face of Prosperity. It is fast, highly focused and, well... aggressive. Networking is slow, process-oriented and focused in quality and balance of giving and receiving. In comparison to other online marketing tools, Social media may seem too slow. If you need clients for next month, and you begin to push and overkill, you are going to close the genuine connection with people that these media offer. You are going to turn people off, cause they are going to feel and see that you are hustling. And sorry, but you are. This is not to offend you. It is to lovingly bring you back to your center. Feel your hunger and fear, and release it. Find other ways to get quicker responses through online marketing, but keep your social networking coming from your heart and from a genuine interest in the people. Your life will be richer, and the clients that do come eventually will have a genuine human relationship with you, they will be, as Nancy teaches masterfully, your ideal clients.

2. If you have a hunger for acceptance, fear of being accepted and an Inner Orphan Child who has been deeply wounded and not yet fully healed, you are going to feel frustrated in social media, and may begin to experience fatigue, frustration, rejection, depression or addiction. This is when you get hooked and go out of balance, as Nancy is describing above. You want them to love you. You want to get MORE friends, and MORE. And MORE. Gee, you can get friends from all parts of the word. You can make 100, 200, 500, 1,000 friends. You will feel so loved, right? Wrong. Nothing will be enough, and you will begin to hoard friends, forgetting your work and your business or personal goals. You will begin to try harder, try more gadgets, and if they don&#039;t work, you will feel more rejected. A lot of that gadget stuff is the Inner Children of the adults playing, and it&#039;s fun and okey, as long as the Little Orphan is not driving the bus, seeking attention from a place of hunger, and forgetting your adult goals. What to do? Self-mother your Tiny Orphan self. Stand in the place of your power. Think of your purpose and the gift that you have to bring into the world. From a place of power, of purpose and of giving, move into Social Media with an open and joyful heart. To play, to share, and to enrich your life. The child will benefit from this, but will not be the one driving that bus.

I hope this helps.

Nancy, you&#039;ve started a powerful Life Walk (lesson) for all of us, do you know that?

Coming to think about it, I just wrote an article. See what you do, mujer?!!!

Oh! I almost forgot. See what I&#039;m saying? Overload! I am posting this blog article in my new website, in my recently created digital magazine. writetodream.com is a place for women who love to write, write to heal or need to write in order to position themselves as experts or convey their wisdom. The Write to Dream Magazine offers articles for all these writing needs. I&#039;m posting this article in the Business for Women section.

I give you triple thanks, then.

1. You&#039;ve helped me with the question I asked in my prayers.

2. You just inspired me to share a process that became an article.

3. You have enriched the quality of the content I can offer my visitors.

Light and Love,

Maria Mar
