The whole point of being on social media is to be visible, right? (And, if you don't want to be visible, then you shouldn't be on social media because that IS the point, whether you personally want to be or not.) You're visibly creating and maintaining relationships. Therefore, everything you do on social media is visible. So, if you're going to do things that aren't ethical, social media isn't the place to do them because everyone is going to know it's you. But I don't think people always think. Why else would that woman tweet about her job offer from Cisco and deciding between a fatty paycheck and hating her job?
