You might be right. I feel a little silly, however, writing to people and asking them to take time to read my blog and then comment. My experience suggests that there are a lot of them who will then not want to hear from me at all lest I ask them to take on another task. I really don't want to be a pest to my friends. I want to connect with people who like to read and discuss blogs. Isn't there some way to make that happen?

Thanks Melanie, and I've put a lot of intention into creating community here so this blog is a win-win for readers and for me. Most blogs I see are just reprints of ezine articles and there's no invitation to engage. That's what will keep the tumbleweeds blowing through the ghost town.
