About this, Maria, you know, my heart sometimes breaks when I see some of our writers and artists in the Latino community selling their work for peanuts or struggling to sell a dozen book copies. Ay Dios! That’s okay sometimes and when you’re starting or on transition. It’s not about pushing ourselves beyond where we are, but our artistic growth must be reflected in prosperity growth. That is balance. We need to learn this Visibility Arts from Master Marmolejo here!

4. We don’t need to do it all ourselves. Ahhh! My heart slows down just at the music of those words! I write, create, learn and do most things so fast, in a state of Grace, thank Goddess. But that doesn’t mean that I have to do it all. It’s not even good. I can sometimes feel isolated, you know. But Nancy is teaching us here the beautiful Medicine of synergy and networking.
