We should address the facts but our main focus should always be on how our services and/or products bring value to our clients.

This is the time to offer our help and connect with clients, prospects, family, friends and our community at large in a deeper and more meaningful way.

It is a unique opportunity for professionals to come together to offer creative solutions and results while staying in social, and emotional integrity. Helping others in shifting their primary …  Read Morefocus and mindsets is very important.

We are being given the gift of learning how to make the best choices for ourselves and the greatest good.

I recently commented on Jon McCollough’s blog (he’s my favorite non-touchy feely marketer these days) about the collapse of people’s confidence in their own ability to survive. Folks, if we keep focusing on the hopelessness then we’re lost. I don’t know about you, but I land on my feet every time. I invite you to share that confidence and have the faith that you are a survivor in business and in life.

Today is my day to bask in the glow of admiration because I’ve popped up on not 1 but 2 “Best Of” lists for social networking.

My mother has no understanding of Twitter or Facebook, but she’s going to be the first person I call.

The buzz has been going around that Ron Hudson was compiling a list of the 50 Most Influential and Powerful Women in Social Networking, and he Tweeted me that I was on it but I wasn’t sure when it was going to come out.

Today I found several messages to me on Twitter congratulating me on making the list. As I ran back to the list and scanned for my name, it read like a who’s who of the coolest people in social networking: Maria Reyes McDavis, Mari Smith, Deb Micek, Shama Hyder and many, many more.

I’m #29, right by Gwen Bell and Dixie Brown.I love that number… “forever 29″.

Ron’s methodology for calculating the winners is fascinating. You can read the entire list of winners (and over 100 comments) by clicking here:

Thanks Ron and to the entire social networking community!
