As the dog days of summer linger, everyone has vacation on their minds- including several of the people already signed up for my upcoming teleclass “How to Get Free Publicity and Attract New Clients with the Power of Social Networking”.
They’re registered for the class, but while I’m teaching away in my home office, they’ll be out playing beach volleyball in Cabo or standing in line at the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa.
I share that because a few people contacted me on Facebook that they “couldn’t” sign up due to the fact that they’d be away August 5, 7, 12, and 14 when the class takes place.
My response: “So?”
Seriously, your availability on those days should NOT be the deciding factor. If you talk to internet marketers, you’ll learn that most people signing up for teleclasses these days don’t even attend the live class.
Don’t kick yourself in September when you realize that your social networking has hit a standstill and you WISH you knew my “magic secrets”.
You can still sign up for the class, listen to it at your convenience, and build from there. You’ll also become a “member-for-life” in my private Viva Visibility Facebook group where you can continue getting great tips to build your visibility. (FYI, I’ve never offered “Member for Life” privileges to anyone, not even some of my clients!)
Don’t let me stop you from having a great vacation or living it up on those hot August nights. But I do want you to get these resources while I’m offering them so you can use social networking to drive tons of attention and visibility your way.
Sign up right now whether you’ll be in person or not! I look forward to having you (in spirit, at least) in the class.

When I teach about social networking, I often refer to familiar analogies to explain the various types of social networking sites. My favorite: THE PARTY ANALOGY.
MySpace is like the big open kegger/block party where anyone and everyone is invited. They spill beer on your carpet and eat all your food, but it’s all in good fun.
Facebook is like that cool warehouse party where you need a secret password to enter. It takes some effort to get in, but once you’re there you can loosen up and enjoy the party.
