Nancy I am new to social media, there just seems to be so much going on. Lots of info! I am not sure if it's my resistance to hard selling that stops me from any selling or if I am plain swamped with all that's going on! Leesa, having your respect means a lot to me as I'm a HUGE fan of your work.

Today Sandy Martini (@SandraMartini) led a call for my mastermind clients on what she calls The Client Journey. Wow! Follow up and warm touch points were interspersed with lessons on autoresponders and having a strong offer.

We are in the age of quality and value, people are just tired, tired, tired of the gimmicks and goo-gas. Those of us who've always practiced that are raising our voices louder and louder.

Sometimes, I ask myself: "Can I be like Nancy?" You always post thought provoking articles on your blog. ALWAYS. Yours is one blog that I ALWAYS read because you remind me to practice sound social media tactics. Just this morning, the company that provides my cable called me to ask if I were happy with the service provided by the chap who popped by yesterday to replace our cable box. The company didn't have to call me, but they did. I thought that was AWESOME. My internet went down, they sent someone to repair it and once I was up, I thought that was it. Then, they called this morning, not asking me to rate their service, but just to find out if I were happy. I asked myself: "How can I provide this feel-good attitude to all those who connect with me on Twitter, Facebook, etc." Your post reminds me of what I should continue to do.
